The μDrill Pro is a fully-automated electro-discharge machine (EDM) system that enables the drilling of precision holes in any conductive material.

The μDrill Pro is equipped with a 7inch Capacitive Touch IPS Display with a resolution of 1024×600, where all the control of the setting, drilling is controlled by the end-user. Programmed with an exhaustive User Interface, the device can be used by beginners (with step by step guidance) or in an advance mode for experienced users.
The new μDrill Pro benefits from a centring, positioning and drilling all taking place alongside a single axis of visualisation to enhance the drilling accuracy.
Mounted with an innovative double motion high-precision motorised drilling head resulting in an exceptional centring accuracy of less than 0.005 mm.
An internal digital camera enables the user to vary the viewing zoom from x1 to x8 from touch screen.
The drilling chamber is fitted with various LEDs also controlled from the touchscreen. This enables the user to obtain the best lighting and in turn position of the gasket to be drilled.
The system comes with its own electronic control unit for simple and intuitive adjustment of the various drilling parameters.
The μDrill Pro weights just 5 kg and has a very small footprint H295 W325 D353.
