  • temperature range (low, room, or high temperature);
  • pressurization mechanism (screw, gas, or hydraulic);
  • maximum pressure range (100 GPa or more);
  • optical aperture (2 theta conical aperture);
  • dimensional constraints (working distance, numerical aperture);
  • type of diamond anvils (Ia, RLF-RULF, or even IIas synthetic diamonds).
