Drill Pro is the most advanced EDM drilling machine on the market for gasket drilling.
- It enables the precise drilling of any conductive material. Holes can be as small as 0.02 mm diameter with an accuracy better than 0.005mm
- It is suitable for all gaskets sold by Almax easyLab: Stainless Steel, BeCu, Rhenium, Inconel and MP35N.
- The uDrill Pro provides unrivalled innovative features:
- Internal Digital Camera with digital zoom for the best alignment and positioning (Digital zoom from x1 to x8);
- Multi-directional head for better accuracy positioning of the drill (particularly important for small culet and small holes);
- Dual action drilling with low power mode for reduced hole kerf to go the lowest diameter and highest quality hole.
- Interchanging of the WC drilling tips in the uDrill Pro does not require any particular skills or additional tools and can be done literally in seconds

When will the uDrill Pro become commercially available?
We are currently finalizing the production version. We are working internally and with key beta sites to make the best commercially available product for this application.
The Pre-Sale period will start on 1st of October 2023 and the first systems will be delivered from the 1st of January 2024.
